My challenge is to not multitask. Being a present spouse is critical. No procrastination allowed when it comes to show someone they are loved.
I did do my own future self mind-mapping, in three areas. I will list my bullet points for Enhancing Connections.
The newest 30 day challenge, met. I wore a black sweater and some comfy leggings. I showed off a blue agate necklace and a clunky sapphire and silver bracelet I hadn’t worn in a while. I looked the proper put-together wife. Basically, I have done some work on all challenges! *pat on the back*

Having the time to play and explore is life changing. Healing can be achieved through both play and creative expression. I am blessed with more time than many in my world, which I use to garden, and paint, take photographs and write, beyond future self journaling.
