Quick recap.. The journaling is part of a 30 Day Challenge I started almost a year ago. I consider that a component of the Future Self Journaling process. The gratefulness notes near the bottom of each self improvement post is also a specific and helpful part of Future Self Journaling. The Rituals for Live Dreambook was given to me by my children, so why not add this to my blogging/future self journaling time?
It’s a bit late for me, but the Thanksgiving menu planning is complete! We are celebrating with another family member this year. A small group of less than ten. Per Covid and being introverted in general.
Someone could make some money reselling her sexy little numbers. Or making that robe into a short flirty summer dress (do THAT). Can a person have too many cute summer dresses? Seriously, if you watch the show, you will see that her primary wardrobe is nighties, nightgowns, robes and day pajamas. All in feminine colors.
A tense situation I dealt with last week is resolved. Even better, is that I said what I needed to say, and then dropped it. Even more astonishingly, I then let it go. After the exchange, I felt ok with what was said, followed through with my desire to not extend any drama, actually for real for real dropped it and was no longer thinking about it by bedtime. Future self journaling is definitely helping.
I really like these 30 day challenges. Even when I am not as adherent as I would like, just having them swimming in my brain keeps me more focused and positive, more engaged.
I met my lower step goal even though only took two short walks. 7600 steps. My sister says she read that some people with longer term impacts of getting covid are feeling better after the vaxx. I’ll have to read up and source that one, but wow, def something to be hopeful for, if I …
