4. How is your relationship to exercise, and how do you keep your body in good shape?
My future self journaling today is my damn diet. Nightfall arrives and I am RAVENOUS and not the sexy kind, the chips and crackers kind. I swear, my brain is just raging that it has to have food, which I know is not the case. The hunger fights me, ever single minute. Punch, dodge, Punch, dodge. Relentless.

The Rituals for Live Dreambook was given to me by my children, so why not add this to my blogging/future self journaling time?
I did something cute the other night for the 30 day challenge, I tucked him in. Our sleep schedules are vastly different, he always falls asleep hours before I do. Usually I’ll stop what I am doing and snuggle for a few minutes til he goes asleep then get back to my writing. I’m a night writer ha!
Advice, making me laugh. Bringing some humor and light when my friends need the mental break. Making me think. I send letters and reach out to check in and appreciate the same. I remember special dates (I am currently very weak in this regard).
30 Day Challenge wise, the extra spouse focus is easy and going well. Even if I am in the middle of an article, I take a break when he comes in, for a chat or a snuggle. Usually I will ask if it’s ok to finish up my work, but in this small way of not asking and giving him my full attention feels correct to me. Future Self journaling going well too.
