I am demonstrating how I did the lifetime goal mind map as part of my future self journaling process.
Example of how to complete a Ten Year Goal mind-map. I will be tackling the Ten year Goal today, mind mapping one of the three goals I already completed in a previous task. Important point is to be SPECIFIC and provide a well considered DEADLINE.
I am going to vlog doing a portion of the 3 year Goal. I will refer back to my three year goals mind map, choose three goals. I will break down those three goals into their own mind-map of specific tasks, with deadlines, that will assist me in moving forward.

The Rituals for Live Dreambook was given to me by my children, so why not add this to my blogging/future self journaling time?
