Someone could make some money reselling her sexy little numbers. Or making that robe into a short flirty summer dress (do THAT). Can a person have too many cute summer dresses? Seriously, if you watch the show, you will see that her primary wardrobe is nighties, nightgowns, robes and day pajamas. All in feminine colors.
A tense situation I dealt with last week is resolved. Even better, is that I said what I needed to say, and then dropped it. Even more astonishingly, I then let it go. After the exchange, I felt ok with what was said, followed through with my desire to not extend any drama, actually for real for real dropped it and was no longer thinking about it by bedtime. Future self journaling is definitely helping.
I really like these 30 day challenges. Even when I am not as adherent as I would like, just having them swimming in my brain keeps me more focused and positive, more engaged.

The sweet life, much to future self journal. Which it has been today. Warmest day of the year. All the flat snow melted, leaving the dirty hills.
Challenge wise-things are going well. Took a walk today, got my water in, started the day with some pineapple.
Most eating plans have a nice list of rules and limits. The most important dietary goals, for me, are tracking fruits, veggies, fiber and water. D.A.S.H. is lovely for that particular goal.
