Spouse is getting extra spoiling. Blogging, you’re reading it and the five reasons to make healthy choices listed below. Logging, still no, although I do use the food log, but not my excel spreadsheet. I haven’t started the day with fruit or a veggie in two days. I did end the day with grapefruit however. Partial credit? Coming into the holidays, I am going a bit hard core with my Five Reasons to Make Healthy Choices challenge. Modern problems require kick ass solutions.

For the new 30 Day Challenge, we are going back to task D. Spoiling your man. I have some new insights from the first round of giving the spouse more attention, and I would like to do the task again. I didn’t do it badly the first round, I simply have more information now to make him feel valued in a more targeted way.
Future Self Journaling. What behavior was I intending to change with the 30 Day Challenge Task? Keep my mind in a healthy mindset to assist healthier habits. Lists can be effective for me.
What are some helpful affirmation statements regarding this challenge? I will list the reasons to make healthy choices when confronted with an unhealthy choice. Reaffirming that I have agency here.
What behaviors changes will need to be demonstrated to complete this task?
Rituals for Living exercises. Continues to insist I be my best self, not just for him or me, but for the world we inhibit. He’s a supportive best friend and a person who keeps me mentally stimulated and brings topics to every patio, walk and dinner table conversation. I receive my love language, verbal affirmation. We continue to create art and love and experience the same.
It’s a bit late for me, but the Thanksgiving menu planning is complete! We are celebrating with another family member this year. A small group of less than ten. Per Covid and being introverted in general.
