Someone could make some money reselling her sexy little numbers. Or making that robe into a short flirty summer dress (do THAT). Can a person have too many cute summer dresses? Seriously, if you watch the show, you will see that her primary wardrobe is nighties, nightgowns, robes and day pajamas. All in feminine colors.
I really like these 30 day challenges. Even when I am not as adherent as I would like, just having them swimming in my brain keeps me more focused and positive, more engaged.
I did manage to complete the task enough times to compile a nice reference for myself of reasons to make healthy choices. And hopefully for you too. You’ll find the “healthy” references body and mind as their relationship regarding our health is symbiotic.

Choosing happy is life-changing for we pedantic know-it-alls. Deep breath, walk away. Think about if this is genuinely important or a hill you are willing to die on.
I read an article, long ago, about new habit building. It argued that to build a new habit, you must first reconcile with the fact that you must give something up to gain something. After all, there was something you were doing with your time that must be given up to make room for new.
I greatly enjoy looking at other people’s task list for their own 30 day challenge. I have task A nailed, (online blog/journal), a work in progress with task B (logging).
I log a multitude of variables in an excel spreadsheet. I have also used many of the calorie and exercise apps and websites designed for tracking. My Fitness Pal, Cronometer, Fitday, Lose It, to name more than a few. I am far more successful when I track.
I have been noticing my cravings hit 3 hours after I eat. Every time. If I can power through a few minutes every few hours, I’ve got this.
