Also very exciting for nobody but me? Planning for superb owl party! Ok, just our household but any excuse to make terribly fattening food. I’m all in. We are also celebrating a birthday that same week. So much yum.

boring housewife task recap
Last night I practiced better habits with some late night logging, including back dates. I also reviewed by CBT exercises and took a peek at my dreambook. I also read a chapter of a book I am kind of reading. I checked a lot of boxes yesterday!
I ate like crap and watched football all afternoon and enjoyed some quality time with The Sps. No excuse, I feel like what I did was worth ignoring my plan. That’s the problem, I used to be far more driven about things, now if I fall off plan, I shrug.
Future Self Journal. I forgot to start the day with a fruit today. Obvs. But I did dance to youtube videos and play solitaire instead of snack last night. Celebrating those little successes.
Choosing happy is life-changing for we pedantic know-it-alls. Deep breath, walk away. Think about if this is genuinely important or a hill you are willing to die on.
