Today has been enormously productive. Most of my 30 day challenges are going well with the exception of overall logging. I am back to logging my meals. Lots of hugs for The Sps today and took over a task or two so he could have some more him time. Took a walk together too. Started day with fruit (cranberry relish) and stayed on my IF schedule. Also finally got back on track with fruit and veggie servings. I had let that slide the past few weeks. Got 6 servings in today!

- Diabetes can impact eyesight. Must avoid that diagnoses. Runs in the family.
- Heart disease shortens life. Got somma that in the fam too. Must avoid.
- Hypertension ALSO runs in the family. Kidneys no likey. Must avoid.
- Cancer bad. Reducing fried food and over-charred meats is helpful. Must avoid.
- My poor kidneys been through enough. Let’s keep on track, okay?
Grateful For:
-my nails. Got a manicure almost three weeks ago and wow. NO CHIPS, they are just growing out so fast! Getting harder to type with my kept woman nails.
-another day with no snow, light wind and temps ok for taking a lovely walk. It’s the end of November in USDA zone 5 people!
-finding the perfect gift for a sibling. One of the memories of my Grandmother my sibling treasures the most is baking sugar cookies with siblings. I found the card, in my grandmother’s handwriting, of her sugar cookie recipe. Figure I’ll frame it and gift it since the recipe is only on one side of the card. It’ll be a surprise as this won’t be posted til after the holiday.
