Five Reasons to Make Healthy Choices

  1. To feel accomplished while completing my health logging.
  2. To lower my blood pressure, it was up a bit this morning
  3. to set an example for all the groups I joined
  4. to win all the challenges in the groups I joined
  5. To be fire in my clothing!

Challenges going very well. Started the day with a big bowl of raw cauliflower and a bit of ranch dip. Three servings of veggies to start the eating day. Also, The Pup loves cauliflower. He had a bit. Prigioni Proud lol. My number of servings total for the day of fruits and veggies was TEN! Cauliflower, huge salad, pears and the onions and garlic in the beef stroganoff got me to those ten servings. It was quite the delicious day.

The other 30 Day Challenges? Got some snuggle time with the spouse, helped him with some work. I am logging more consistently these days.

The newest 30 day challenge, met. I wore a black sweater and some comfy leggings. I showed off a blue agate necklace and a clunky sapphire and silver bracelet I hadn’t worn in a while. I looked the proper put-together wife. Basically, I have done some work on all challenges! *pat on the back*

Grateful For:

-busting ass getting some cleaning done in my bedroom office. Looks good in here!

-the bedside book stack has some more additions, gifts for me. It’s a tall one now!

-I have a tidy list of some series to watch. Haven’t been this excited to start a new watch in a while. I hope one sticks! I like getting nutty about a great tv show.
