First Challenge was remembering what challenge E was. I forgot. Embarrassing! Then I took a few moments to try to remember and was hoping it was completing the Rituals for Living dreambook as I have been acing that. Nope.
Checked my notes (thanks website) and it’s list daily five reasons to make healthy choices.
1. Water is fantastic for my kidneys
2. Water is good for my body and blood pressure
3. Low BP good for kidneys
4. DASH diet good for kidneys
5. Because I have the time…to care about my kidneys
Other challenges? Uh, not logging and as far as fruits and veggies, I had two servings and one was fried. Ouch.
Grateful For:
-The Rituals for Living exercises coming easy.
-Lots of in depth heart to heart talks with The Sps these days. I love a good conversation, especially when the outcome is actionable deposits into the relationship bank account.
-ice cream. Lord help me.
