Series – Future Self Journaling – 16C – Red Pear

Running low on the easy fruits to eat at the end of the menu week, but pears have a lot of fiber at least. I am chuffed, Restoring Galveston was on, a marathon, and I got to watch again! My favorite episodes are on. Every episode is my favorite, not gonna lie.

Did some more garden planning. I have a few plants I want to grow for indoor use. Future self will appreciate me growing these fresh eats for later! I have a little greenhouse in my house, may as well use it for more than year round herbs. Hence, I am planning which plants I want inside, basically, what do I have room for? Edit: Not much, but I have limited space as it is! The house isn’t huge and my greenhouse is already tucked into a tight space.

Nine larger taller plants (peppers and tomatoes) and two shelves for lettuce and herbs. Maybe a pot of radish too, at least until the growing season. I have brought in and over-wintered potted tomatoes and peppers. Unfortunately, after the first year doing that, aphids become an insurmountable problem. So this year, I have few items I plan to start and keep indoors year round.

Tomato:
Maglia Edit – I do not like this tomato.
