My first meal today was fresh blueberries as well as fresh cauliflower and cucumber in dip. I nailed all three today. I weblogged, logged activities and started day with first fruit. Success. SUCCESS!!
Last night I practiced better habits with some late night logging, including back dates. I also reviewed by CBT exercises and took a peek at my dreambook. I also read a chapter of a book I am kind of reading. I checked a lot of boxes yesterday! Today so far, I have checked a lot more boxes! Drank my water… More garden prep. On and on, feels good man!

2. A tidy dining room table, a mostly arranged hoard and laundry done til this weekend!
