This late night snacking is killing me. I’m struggling! I already keep most trigger foods out of the house but dammit I can’t deprive my family friggin’ bread.
So, I am starting the Addiction chapter of my CBT workbook, it’s the closest issue to over-eating in the book. Going to look for CBT worksheets just for over-eating. I am also adding visualization meditation to my daily routine. I also forgot to start my day with fruit!
Today was just an off day.
Grateful:
1. That each day is a new start.
2. That I can change the channel when news stresses me beyond my limit
3. That The Waltons is currently in rotation. I dig it.
