New Tomatoes I am Growing This year – Most from Renaissance Farms – Seeds of Love

As I sit here tonight, over fifty tomatoes are out on the deck, waiting to be transplanted. A *very* late light frost is rolling in this weekend, so no planting them in-ground til next week. As it’s been windy, I also take a peek at them every hour or two, as any worried plant mama would.

It’s been a cold and windy spring. Not my favorite kind.

Every year I put myself on a tomato budget, yet it never works out. The limit of twenty tomato plants in my garden turned into forty-some. To my credit (?), at least ten were volunteers I just let grow. This year, the twenty-five have double, so far no volunteers are included.

I love happy surprises and I adore gifts from Mother Nature, so if I can, I let a few volunteers live where they can be supported.

As always, you are responsible for doing your own research before purchasing any seeds from an overseas location. I am not a lawyer nor a representative for the USDA. I am but a helpful rando on the internets.
