Overview of current task, Breaking Down the Mind-Maps. Beginning with the 1 year goal, choose one or more of the selected goals. Each goal chosen will require brainstorming, with actionable steps and projects listed that will advance that particular goal. Include dates by which each task should be completed. Keep in the forefront the Why this goal is important to your life.
Today I am going to vlog doing a portion of the 3 year Goal. I will refer back to my three year goals mind-map, choose three goals. I will break down those three goals into their own mind-map of specific tasks, with deadlines, that will assist me in moving forward. I’ll choose one to break down for the blog.
Main Goal for 3 Year Mind Map – HEALTH
Specific Tasks with Deadlines
-Consistently meet step goals. Winter = 5000, Summer = 15000. Deadline – Dec 31, 2022.
-Complete CBT workbook One, all tasks. Deadline – April 30, 2022
-Get back to regular dental check-ups. Deadline – June 1, 2022
-Make Yoga a DAILY habit. Deadline – April 2022.
-Maintain a healthy weight. Deadline – Dec 2024.
-Complete Rituals for Living Dreambook. Deadline – Dec 2022
-Vegetarian meals four days a week. Deadline – Sep 2023.
-Elevated heart rate exercise 100 minutes a week. Deadline – October 2022.
-Iced tea instead of pepsi. Deadline – May 2023.
-Test and publish my DASH/MIND menu plans. Deadline – March 2025.
I am pretty happy with this list! I hope you found this a proper example of unpacking a three year goal into specific tasks with deadlines.
Grateful For:
-I faced a big scary thing and it went very well. I remained completely calm throughout and blew my own mind how successful things went. Holistic therapy and CBT…so grateful.
-For the support I have. Even the little supports matter. The Sps emptied the dishwasher while I worked in reducing anxiety, and he took out the dog during my times. Seems small but wow was I thankful.
-Kiddo’s new endeavor is going extraordinarily well! Relief all around.
