Series – My Future Self Journaling – 6D

I DID over 6k steps today.

I DID some deep breathing exercises today.

I DID start the day with water today.

I DID start the day with fruit today. Grapes.

I DID manage to not snack after dinner.

I DID manage to stay under calorie goal yesterday and was rewarded with a small loss!

Grateful for:

-The Golden Girls. Love that show.

-For syndication and that not everything has to be viewed with a streaming service!

-For actually enjoying going to the grocery store again.
