Mind Mapping Exercise – 3YR. Previously, I chose to show my work completing a mind-map with the goal of Connections. Connection with people I can influence and people closest to me, in particular my children.
This CBT mind-mapping exercise tackles the three year goal. Mind-map as your future self and what you have achieved in three years. Be specific regarding actions you will take to meet your goal.
For my personal mind-mapping today, I’ll be answering what I will attain or improve regarding my creative pursuits. In list form, per previous discussion of my kindy-kid handwriting.
3 Year Goal – Connect with Others Creatively
- Let the hubby help me with my singing voice.
- Complete a collection of my paintings
- Sew the apron, with skill this time
- Continue to work on vocabulary through games
- Continue to showcase my favorite artists
- Purchase more art for my walls, consider a commissioned piece.
- Engage with The Sps in his creative ideas
Grateful For:
-me standing down and stepping up when it matters
-having extra gloves for kids who need them
-No Covid…still! Bless and grateful for my circle taking all the precautions.
Godspeed Y’all!

Quick recap to orient the reader what is going on, the purpose of vlogging this process. The journaling is part of a 30 Day Challenge I started over a year ago. I consider that a component of the Future Self Journaling process. The gratefulness notes near the bottom of each self improvement post is also a specific and helpful part of Future Self Journaling. The Rituals for Live Dreambook was given to me by my children, so why not add this to my blogging/future self journaling time?
