- I met my lower step goal even though only took two short walks. 7600 steps.
- My sister says she read that some people with longer term impacts of getting covid are feeling better after the vaxx. I’ll have to read up and source that one, but wow, def something to be hopeful for, if I ever get Covid. *
- Intermittent Fasting for 20 hours.
- No covid still, so grateful!
- Fans, I sleep with fans running, a fantastically calming trick.
- I did do my challenge today and started my day with a big glass of water.
Edit: It’s almost the end of 2021 now and no Covid for me or anyone close to me. Vaccines, boosters, masks, social distancing and food delivery for the win! Oh, and being an introvert has to be acknowledged, not much of this journey has been difficult.
