Some of my accountability moves to the vlog.
Most eating plans have a nice list of rules and limits. The most important dietary goals, for me, are tracking fruits, veggies, fiber and water. D.A.S.H. is lovely for that particular goal. Vlogging my progress in this regard provides me have something to track on the days I feel adrift on the Sea of Nothing to Say praying for rescue.
Today – 6 servings total. Goal is 5.
-1.5 serving raw sweet peppers.
-2.5 serving potato with skin
-1 serving banana
-1 serving clementine
Grateful for:
- Being a housewife. Spoiled, blessed, grateful….all of it.
- COVID free yay!
- The Waltons again, my favorite episode was on recently. Season 7, Episode 11.
- Not having the ice storm here, although not having it anywhere would be ideal.
- Moving my summer squash seedlings into a much larger container. Soon we’ll have fresh squash!
- And eggplant.
