I hate the day or two after you are sick, your body holds onto every calorie. I better have a decent loss tomorrow. *sigh* Hard to do future self journaling and adhere to the 30 Day Challenges when you are trying to heal in the now. Not Covid though, a good start to my gratefuls!
Grateful for:
1. Staying on track with no nighttime snacking. Kind of.
2. The ice being elsewhere, although I wish it wasn’t anywhere at all
3. The Waltons. Damn I love that show.
4. Doing a fine job on my visualization exercise today. At least a 100 wordcount!
