Series – Future Self Journaling – 26C – Kiwi

My favorite thing about the week after party time is that it always kicks off a nice run of healthy habits and weight loss (if needed). No big deal birthdays or holidays for at least two months. With COVID, it might be longer this year until we see anyone for a birthday party. There are months yet before the weather is nice enough for bbq’s and outdoor get-togethers. Which matters to a girl who loves her meat, her potato and macaroni salads and fruity icy mixed drinks, all the hallmarks of a delicious summer.

This prime time baby!

Grateful for:

  1. Double X’s. Very rare, as means I met both the short terms and longterm weight loss goal for today. You won’t see this listed often on the Grateful List.
  2. Grocery list will be less expensive for a bit.
  3. Clean water. Makes healthy drinking all that much easier.
  4. All my greens lasting far longer in my awesome new fridge.
  5. COVID free!
