Today’s Five Reasons to Make Healthy Choices
- The more I work towards health now, the easier future moves will be.
- Reading is better for my brain than surfing mindless crap that doesn’t serve me.
- More water = fewer headaches
- Healthy weight = better hormone balance
- Connections with others is good for the soul and demonstrably healthy.
My Focus on The Spouse is going better than it did last week. I was more intentional seeking out time to spend with him when it worked for him. I have more free time and flexibility in my day, so it makes sense I do the work to make the room. He works a great deal for the family. Got some quality snuggle time although my sleep “schedule” is non=existent.
My diet has been a bit off again the past few days. Damn Christmas cookies. That said, I have only had five cookies in the past two days. Better restraint than other years and it wasn’t that difficult. Being busy and needing to save most to share with others helps a great deal in that regard. *pat on back*
Grateful For:
-News from Moderna is great regarding how the booster is a great defense against Omicron, glad I got the booster!
-A dreaded chore today will take half the time.
-I am so damn grateful I have a schedule that allows for the naps I need these days.
Godspeed Y’all!

The journaling is part of a 30 Day Challenge I started over a year ago. I consider that a component of the Future Self Journaling process. The gratefulness notes near the bottom of each self improvement post is also a specific and helpful part of Future Self Journaling.
The End.
