Series – Future Self Journaling – 13G – Culvers Dammit

How’s your diet today? Mine is Culver’s Dammit. The Sps was lovely, asked me out to dinner lol, something fast as we are both very work focused tonight. I mean, burgers! Culver’s makes really good burgers. They cook their burgers similar to the best burgers ever…mine. Yeah I said it.

Other 30 day challenges chugging along. Spouse seems happy and attended to. I am wearing a new shirt and proper pant-like things to leave the house. Veggies weren’t so good today, did not start the day with them, but have been pretty good most days. A big salad and a fruit bowl meets the daily requirement.

I’ve already finish a book this year, The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek. I’ll review it soon. And start another!

Five Reason to Make Healthy Choices

  1. To counter the poor choices I made today
  2. Happier joints
  3. Less whining on my part
  4. Leading by example instead of do as I say, not as I do
  5. May as well put the nice Garmin to good use.

Grateful For:

-green lights. Seriously. Traffic gods saving me all sort of time!

-having the cash available to tip extra extra.

-hamburgers and hot fudge sundaes.
