The sweet life. Which it has been today. Warmest day of the year. All the flat snow melted, leaving the dirty hills. Very fruit centric day. Normally I try to get my produce servings from veggies but today was 4 servings of fruit and 2 of veggies. Another episode of Tucci’s Italy to watch. He’s fantastico. Plus, I look very pretty today. Last fall I threw away ALL of my eyeshadow as some was 20 years old, and purchased all new, all higher end than what I had. Not the top of the line (I’m a damn housewife, not someone often on film), but fancy for me. So I tried some new colors. I bought enough new eyeshadow to try thousands of different looks.
Clementine is what I ate to begin the food day. The rest of the food day: Masala over Basmati rice / Fruit salad (fresh pineapple, raspberries, blueberries and kiwi)/ cocoa-coffee
I DID walk over a mile. 1.5 today, STEPS: 10,500
I DID start the day with a glass of water, challenge D
I DID start my eating day with fruit, a Clementine
I DID get much done around the house.
Grateful for:
1. A fridge so full I always have to rearrange it when I add something else.
2. Ability to take a walk, whenever the mood strikes and and the weather cooperates.
3. Having some tasty entertainment dvr’d since the news is still all Tiger Woods. Leave the man alone to heal, my god.
4. The world not caring about the days I need to heal, allowing me to do so in private.
