Today is going well. Started the day with two fruits. My future self will see a message written in lipstick reminding her that her May 1st self will Thank her for staying on track. And she will. There is just a lot of hard work in the interim.
Five Helpers:
1. Staying M.I.N.D. diet compliant.
2. Steadily getting more active, as body and winter sidewalks allow.
3. Building even better habits through logging and 30 Day Challenges
4. Using logging, mantras and journaling to assist in habit adherence
5. Distract distract distract. Reading and movie watching mostly.
I am grateful for:
1. My health!
2. Common Covid sense, man I wish others had it.
3. Delivery anything. What a damn blessing these people who are willing and able to brave the stores and crowds. Tip them well y’all!
