I have found a pattern with my productivity during garden months. A high running around day is always followed by a lazier day. Back and forth. Contemplating whether I should aim for a happy consistent medium. Probably not. The winter brings consistency of schedule, but garden, weather and other tasks require a great deal more flexibility in the summer.
I forgot to wear my Garmin during shopping, that was annoying. A thousand steps at least, un-recorded. I wish Garmin would allow one to add missed steps manually, but I can’t. I can add a generic exercise (walking), but it won’t increase my step count.
An interesting article based off a study regarding the health benefits of walking a minimum of 4k steps in the NYT.
Study: European Journal of Preventive Cardiology.

So here’s to a longer walk to make up the difference!
Grateful for:
- New internet garden buddies!
- Tuesday was a very productive day, a Fifty-Five day.
- Bountiful harvest day
