I can’t decide which 30 day challenge task should be my next one, Round C. So many small ideas to choose from. I greatly enjoy looking at other people’s task list for their own 30 day challenge. I have task A nailed, (online blog/journal), a work in progress with task B (logging). I am looking for something simple for Jan, as it is already a heavy reset month when it comes to health and diet. Something like starting the day with a clementine, or making my bed…maybe a big glass of water to start the day, I thought about taking 5 minutes to stretch in bed, but I sleep late and usually something I need to tend to right away wakes me up. I am not going to be able to relax, even for five minutes, if a task is waiting. Especially as we are in Homeschool season. I am on a stricter schedule. these days.
What about writing down, setting my intention in writing each morning? I think that has a lot of potential. So far task A and B lend themselves best to be night tasks. Whatever exercise I choose needs to be a morning task. Not being a morning person, an AM event might have multiple benefits.
I’ll think on it while I garden plan in my graphing notebook. Again.
I am grateful for :
- Neighbors who shovel! I have a pup to walk and I need to walk as well. Get those steps in.
- New recipes! I strive to prepare a new recipe each week. I think I found another, an Asian chicken soup with lime and green veggies.
- These alt-right conspiracy terrorists taking out only themselves. They cause enough disruption and trauma without taking other lives. Future Herman Cain Award recipients.
- Having an epiphany about why you operate a certain way in the world, how it looks to others and why it deserves attention to self-heal. A shout out to holistic therapy and Dr. Nicole LePera’s How to Do the Work.
Godspeed Y’all!
