Obviously killing it with the daily logging (task A), over a month now, kick ass follow-through. Task B, Logging, was going great but the week of Christmas…ugh. I’ve recorded information piecemeal. So today, I am going to use the benefits of Task A to help follow through with Task B. Because soon, will be task C! Better get my stuff right!
I track a multitude of variables in an excel spreadsheet. I have also used many of the calorie and exercise apps and websites designed for tracking. My Fitness Pal, Cronometer, Fitday, Lose It, to name more than a few. I am far more successful when I track.
Justify Daily Logging
1. Even if you forget to log the calories, that is no reason to forget the rest of the tracking.
2. How are you going to use EXCEL to its fullest and create those kick ass charts without complete information?
3. Your Future Self (and current self honestly) see the missing information as a missed opportunity!
4. Logging isn’t difficult.
5. Logging is not time consuming.
6. Logging helps keep me on track on multiple lanes!
7. One habit – builds many more enriching habits!
Grateful for:
1. Accountability and getting back on track.
2. My new clothes. I do not buy new clothing often, so it’s a real treat.
3. Better quality vegetables and fruit than we usually get this time of year.
Godspeed Y’all.
