I am starting my third 30 day task. I am 100% compliant with Task One – Weblogging. I am approximately 80% compliant on Task Two – Logging and am caught up to date as of now.
What is the third 30 days task? Start each eating day with a 50 calories or less serving of fruit. A clementine, plums, kiwi all work very well for this challenge and I always have two of the three hanging out in the fridge.
Grateful for:
1. The Sps took a week off. Was a fun week! He needed that well deserved break. It was nice to have him around to spoil.
2. Melting snow! It is a bit warmer than usual for this time of year…officially. Our area seems to be staying about 5 degrees above normal. All the snow we got yesterday is beginning to melt.
3. I purchased ZERO snacks this last grocery trip. I missed my bagels, popcorn, saltine crackers, donuts and pepsi but I am feeling proud of that tiny step.
